The time is almost here!!! Mike and Sara are headed to Africa in October with Go and Tell Ministries. The team will be heading to a very remote village in Moroto, Uganda. They are in desperate need of food and medical care. We appreciate your prayers and encouragement as we travel and spend two weeks getting to know the people of Moroto. You will have extra workouts and nutritional guidance throughout he challenge. Measurements of the following moves will determine your results: C &J, Snatch, Back Squat, Deadlift, 600m run.

Body Drop Fitness
Body Drop Fitness is the newest craze in dance fitness. Each class is a 60 minute high-intensity but easy to follow dance class that incorporates a variety of hip-hop and pop music. After just one class you’ll see why the core mission of Body Drop Fitness is to “inspire fitness through the love of dance”. You will easily burn a ton of calories (700 on average) and have a blast doing it!
